One of our biggest goals is to have a store that's as accessible as possible for our guests! We've compiled a list of things we think you may want to know when planning to come to our shop. If you have any questions about accessibility as it pertains to our Brookside shop or our website, please fill out the contact form and a member of our team would be happy to assist you.
Parking:
Brookside parking can be a little tricky. We have two accessible parking spots for our section of shops located right in front of HomeGrown. HomeGrown also has accessible parking in their parking lot.
Our Front Doors:
We have double doors in the front of our shop. They can both be opened to accommodate guests with mobility aids if needed. There are no steps to enter our building.
Our Sales Floor:
Our shop has so much space to move around. We have had guests in wheelchairs or who have strollers navigate our shop with ease. If for some reason something needs to be moved, a member of our team would be happy to assist you. We also have a wonderful pink couch and two chairs if you need a place to sit down.
Our Fitting Rooms:
We have four fitting rooms at LADYCO. Our three smaller fitting rooms measure 8'5"x5'10". Our bigger fitting room measures 8'5"x8'. Each fitting room has a place to sit down if needed. Outside of the fitting rooms, we have a magical blue couch if you need a place to sit as well.
Our Restroom:
Our restroom is also accessible. Please see a member of our team to use our restroom. It's back in our staff area, so please excuse our organized chaos. We do have an infant changing station, at this time we do not have a changing station that accommodates larger children or adults.
Allergens:
We do carry a handful of snacks in our store for our guests and our staff. One of the snacks we have in store is small packages of nuts. We are NOT a nut free store. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help. Brookside is also a fairly dog friendly location. We frequently have dogs visiting our shop.
Our Website:
We are currently working on adding alt text to our pictures to help our guest who are using screen readers. We strive to have an accessible website as well as an accessible physical location. If there is something we could do to make our website easier to navigate, please let us know by filling out our contact form.
