RETURN POLICY

Gift Shop With Confidence - We want you and your recipients to love their LADYCO! Items purchased between November 14th and December 24th can be returned in new condition with tags attached for exchange or store credit though January 8th, 2025. 

 

Condition? We will gladly accept the return of products that are still new with tags, unwashed, unworn, free of any pet hair, smoke or other scents. In short, we must be able to confidently put this product back on our shelves.

Defective? If you receive a product with a manufacturer defect, please let us know so we can make it right! 

 

SHIPPING and PICKUP INFORMATION

We offer shipping, curbside pickup and in-store pickup. Pickup is always free. 

Shipping Rates: 

Free USPS shipping for orders over $99

$8 USPS shipping for orders under $99

International Shipping: We don't currently offer international shipping. Several of our customers have had good luck using third party shipping, we are more than happy to ship to those companies for you!

KC LOCALS - wish to pick-up in store? We offer local pickup at our shop! We also offer local delivery for customers within two miles of our shop.

 

Shipping Timing: We make every effort to ship within two business days as we know how anxious you are for your pretties! But please understand we are a small shop and things do come up. For this reason we officially quote that we ship within four business days. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note it can take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee when an order will arrive once it is in USPS hands. Most orders do arrive at their destination within two-five business days. 

Wrong Item? Did we mistakenly ship you the wrong item? Please let us know within two business days of receiving your package. We want to make it right!

Need to return or exchange? Please get in touch so we know to look for your return. Please ship any returns back within 10 days of receipt. We will process the return for store credit or exchange as soon as we receive it. Please note: you are responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to us.
